Delivery and returns

Ten days on the bench, then two to five in the post. Pieces are cut in the order they are reserved. Made to measure and bespoke run longer and we give you a date before we start.

You are charged when you reserve, and told the day your piece is cut.

Standard delivery across Australia is $12, and free on orders of $150 and over. Express is $18. Beds, the feeding stand and the carrier ship at $25 because of their size.

We post with Australia Post. Everything is tracked.

Shelf sizes. Unworn, in original condition, within 30 days. We refund the piece; you cover return postage unless the fault is ours.

Made to measure and bespoke. Not returnable, because a strap cut to one dog's neck cannot be sold to another. The exception is a fault in our work, and a fault in our work is a free repair for as long as the dog wears it.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Write to us. A loose stitch, an edge that has opened, hardware that has failed: all of it comes back to the bench and none of it costs you anything. We would rather repair a piece ten times than have it thrown away once.

Not yet. The first run is Australia only, because we would rather get the fitting right in one country before we start guessing at neck measurements in another.
